At Redheads, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
